Mission statement:	EDEN SPRING OF HOPE Background [1] Eden Spring of Hope (ESOH) is a Non- Profit Organization Incorporated under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act179) on February 6, 2008 Ghana West Africa. This Organization transitioned from African Women Association to Eden Spring of Hope (ESOH) by a group of dynamic persons who resolved that every human being is endowed with skills for wellbeing. This wellbeing is a gift that contributes to nation building and the progression of human development. Human wellbeing is no longer a remote phenomenon spoken of in isolated fragments and patterns. Education precedes wealth as an inseparable unit on the phase of human development; thereby making it an indispensable asset. We at Eden Spring of Hope (ESOH) seek to join others stakeholders for sustainable livelihood for healthy living for today and for posterity. The challenges in education, health, economic, social and environmental problems prompted the decision to initiate programme on sustainable technology and development to combat the menace in our communities and country as a whole. Education, health, poverty, juvenile delinquency and unwise use of natural resources among others; is what ESOH seeks to address and provide a sea of good tutelage by way of orientation to make life healthier, richer and fuller. Vision 1. Economic empowerment of the under-privileged groups (women, girls, and the physically challenged persons. 2. Practical skills empowerment at the basic, secondary, tertiary, and beyond 3. Accessibility and stability to education at all levels of human endeavour 4. Increasing and technical expertise. 5. Creating access for training to enhance human wellbeing 6. Equal rights and control over resource for sustainable development within a supportive policy environment. Mission Statement ESOH supports under- privileged groups within communities on education health, economic empowerment, skills training, wealth creation, and basic training and development through participatory approaches. Value ESOH stands for the voiceless through good governance, commitment, transparency and accountability in the execution of its projects and programmes for better livelihoods Overall Goals iv) Improve health care, economic growth and large technical and vocational education, better sustained livelihoods in our communities and the nation. General wellbeing of individuals, communities and the nation at Objectives i) To strengthen capacities of target groups, ii) Achieve economic empowerment. iii) Increase interest and raise morals of students in technical and vocational education. v) Advocate and create competition among many youth interested in technical and vocation education. vi) Develop appropriate skills and knowledge sharing. Domain of competence activities Economic empowerment, education campaigns, sensitization, advocacy and health education in collaboration with other stakeholders etc. Target groups i Women and children basic, secondary, and tertiary students. ii School drop outs iii Drug addicts and unemployed graduates iv.
