The structure of the organization is that which consists of two main organs: Board of Directors and the Management. The Board is the policy making body of the organization while the Management is headed by the Executive Director (who is also a member of the Board of Directors) is saddled with the responsibility of policy implementation and the general day-to-day running of the organization. |
