Youth Leaders Foundation's organisational structure is based on a divisional structure. Each individual is appointed with a task related to their expertise. With every individual taking a project, a team is appointed to serve the purpose of the project under their leadership with usual reporting to the program manager and the head of operations. Both report to the managing director. With a team of highly passionate individuals, we manage to meet up the expectations with better results than a normal structure. |
