    Organizational structure: Cmax Foundation is organized as a semi pyramidal structure. A President on top, leading two main branches. The first branch is manned by permanent members. This branch consists of an Advisory Board (manned by the Legal Advisor and the Manager) which is above the Executive Board (manned by the permanent members). This branch is responsible for the administrative tasks to keep the foundation working. Some of the tasks and actions include (but are not limited to) budget, action plan, relation with donors and volunteers, project planning and direction, recruiting of volunteers, contact and direction with other Civil Society Actors.The second branch, consists of temporary members and volunteers. These are external advisors and additional volunteers, reached for new particular projects, or when ongoing ones require a new approach.
    Number and type of members: The Foundation has 31 permanent members. There is a President, 1 Legal Advisor, 1 Manager, and 11 General Advisors, as well as 17 permanent volunteers. There is as well a number of temporal or rotating members and volunteers, which might change depending on the needs of each ongoing projects.
