SGCS has defined structure including General Assembly, The Consultative Board and Executive Board.
• The structure determines chain of command and hierarchy of responsibility within SGCS.
The general assembly:
Is the highest decision making organ approving policies, reviewing achievement and plans, Election of the President of the General Assembly and the President of the SGCS. General Assembly meeting are done annually.
• The Consultative Board:
The head of the General Assembly shall be the head of Consultative Board, , they responsible to Following up the implementation of policies and plans approved by the general Assembly, Attracting the in-kind and material support from the benefactors, Calling for a regular meeting of the General Assembly, Determine the members' monthly fees.
• The Executive Board of Directors (B.O.D.) is the planning and policy making body of the organization which controlling and approving the all activities by the Executive Committee. Develop and approve the annual plan and budget and regulation to control the work of SGCS.
• The Executive Director is the head of executive office that is responsible for the implementation of the programs and daily management activities. |
