    Organizational structure: Bill (Morris) Tinglin, Founder & CEO, was born in Jamaica West Indies and is the President of "Tour for Tolerance. Harlan Levine Esq, Chairman of the Board, was born in the United States and Principal of Levine Law LLC in New York. Ron Glick, Vice Chairman, was born in the United States and is President of Business Navigators, a New York-based business, contracts, and consulting firm. Bill McNamara, Secretary and Audit Director, was born in the United States. He is a retired New York City Police Lieutenant, teaching kids life skills and economic and civic responsibility. Ralph Mizrahi is a Corporate Account Manager at Brinks Global Financial Services. Sally Frishberg, Educator and Holocaust survivor/who was born in Poland, has been an Educator working with SNN's "Tour for Tolerance" since 2004. Carlos Granda, Creative Director, Technology, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is a visual artist, filmmaker, graphic artist, videography, and information technologist. He is our liaison to the Caribbean, Africa, France, Cuba, Argentina, and Poland. Danny Mizrahi, TFT General Manager, was born in the United States and is the Chief Executive Officer for Contango IT, a New York-based IT Consulting Company. Ted Gustus, Jr., born in the United States, is the Commissioner of the Police Athletic League (PAL). Ted coached and guided young men and women in sports, life, relationships, and business. He is the former coach of NBA stars Rolando Blackman and John Sally. Diana Boschen, Media Director, was born in Jamaica, West Indies, and has worked in print media with the New York Times and the New York Daily News. She is a member of the Newspaper Association of America, the New York State Press Association, New York Women in Communication, and the National Association of Female Executives. Robert Lubell, Professor at TCI, was born in the United States and taught at TCI-College in New York. He is the founder of the "Dare to Dream" project, donating computers and air conditioner units to needy families and the elderly. Mark Cohen, born in the United States, is the Chief Investment Strategist and Managing Director at Graey Cliff Advisory Group, LLC in New York. Sami Stegmann, Holocaust survivor, Educator, was born in Romania and is known internationally for working with the youth, teaching them to make our world a better place to live and to enjoy. BOARD ODF DIRECTORS ORDER: The Board of Directors meets thrice annually: Early January, Mid-June, and late November. Mid-June: This meeting is open to the Board and any/all members and associates. Midway goals are reviewed and prepared for the new year in secession. Late November: Board Members only, we review the event and any/all end-of-year items. Committee Chairs are responsible for: Organizing conference calls, providing monthly reports, and updates on Goals and Tasks. Executive Committee: Oversees operations of the Board; acts on behalf of the Board during on-demand activities between meetings. Board Development Committee: General Management of Board Administration, Committees, Technology, and Public Relations, ensuring the effectiveness of board processes, structure roles, and committee development. Budget and Finance Committee: Oversees budget development; provides accurate tracking/monitoring and accountability. Education/School Committee Function: Responsible for the development and maintenance of educational programs Public Relations Committee: Represents the organization to the community; enhances the organization's image, including communications with the press. Fundraising/Events Committee Function: Oversees the development and implementation of fundraising plans; Media Committee Function: Chairperson is responsible for the creative and productive use of Technology, keeping the organization current on available technological advancements.
    Number and type of members: Presently there are no government officials on our executive team. Nevertheless, we have two advisors in Isreal, one in Canada, one in Poland, two in Jamaica, one in Nigeria, and one in Germany. They are not paid staff or paid advisory consultants. Their professional provisions are voluntary, aiding the cause of making the world a better place to live and enjoy. Likewise, we do not charge anyone from any country to be a member. It is also not in our bylaws to charge domestic or abroad members to be on our executive body. None of our members are a part of ECOSOC or members of the United Nations. In the last five years, our organization did not receive funding from any governmental agency, domestic or foreign.
