Bright Light Projects 9BLP) has a traditional Hierachy organization with Country Directors as head of operations in each country where BLP operates with a Director of Finance responsible for all financial management issues and an Administrative officer running office operations and one program Manager responsible for designing programs. The rest of the staff are all volunteers and sometimes students who come for internships |
