    Organizational structure: Academic mobility center structure is the following: 1. Organisation presidium - consists of a minimum of 3 people and defines the strategy, activities and partnership cooperation. Today we have eight presidium members. Every member has a right to vote for the decision, and all decisions are accepting on a qualitative majority system. 2. President - a member of presidium who has executive power in the organization. President can appoint his/her deputy - vice-president and other work members who are not obligatory presidium members. 3. Stewardship Council - a group of honourable people who gather two times per year to estimate the progress of the organisation and give the recommendations. Their recommendations do not have any influence on the organisation work. 4. Founders of an organization are people who have established the organisation. Nowadays the founder is Maksim Orlov who is currently a president of the organisation.
    Number and type of members: Academic mobility center does not have any membership system and does not accept any member to join the organization because of the law restrictions caused by the form of organization establishment. Today we have 3 people in Stewardship Council. 8 in presidium (including one president), 38 volunteers, 872 followers and 73 anonymous supporters.
