    Organizational structure: The organisation is headed by the Board of Trustees and Advisory Board, who set the strategic direction and provide advice on various aspects of the organisation's work and mission. The Executive Director runs the daily operations of the organisation, translating the strategy set by the board into reality. The E.D. works with a team comprising of 2 Programme Managers, 1 Communications Officer, 1 Administrative and Finance Officer, 2 Project Assistants and 20 volunteers, who are all responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the programmes.
    Number and type of members: Our primary beneficiaries are girls who are 10-17 years. They do not have to be science students or committed to a STEAM career yet, but they must be interested in learning more about science and technology and demonstrate a curious mind. We also work with boys and girls with developmental disabilities on an inclusive technology programme. Another group of our beneficiaries are women who are current or aspiring small to medium-sized entrepreneurs. We have empowered 27,161 girls, women and boys from 2008 to 2018.
