    Organizational structure: The bodies of the BNAPD are: I – the General Assemblies; II – the Board of Directors; III – the Consulting Board; IV – the Fiscal Board; V – the Brazilian National School of Public Defenders (BNSPD).
    Number and type of members: The social framework will be composed of effective and institutional members.Effective partners are the Public Defenders associated to the BNAPD (around 6000 public defenders). Institutional partners are the local entities of class that request their subscription, one for each federate entity (27 institutional partners).
