    Year of registration: 2007
    Organizational structure: CAMGEW has a general assembly made of 10 persons that has sellected a Board of Directors made of 5 persons to run the affairs of the organisation. The general assembly elect the Board of Directors. Two persons either President, Secretary or Treasurer run the bank account of CAMGEW. They are allowed to withdraw money from the bank account. Money is withdrawn from the Bank by these elected Board Members upon presentation of a budget matched with clear activities and expected result by CAMGEW executing team and approved by executive Director. Money is controlled by an executing financial secretary who releases money for various activities presented by project staff and approved by Executive Director. All money raised is collected by the financial Secretary and placed in the organisation safe and where the money is much it is taken to the bank. A monthly financial statement is prepared. The board of directors recruit an Executive Director who then lead the recruitment of other project executing staff. The Director and project staff then do work on the ground.
