    Organizational structure: P4EC was created by a Board of Founders that has the highest governance authority, but is not involved in the daily running of the organization. A Council of Trustees provides oversight and plays an advisory role for P4EC operations. The Council is comprised of individuals who have a professional or personal interest in ensuring that the P4EC mission is achieved and the organization becomes a strong and viable NGO. The Council members bring a range of knowledge and skills to the governance of the organization and meet twice a year. The Council is governed by a Regulation and members can be rotated on or off the Council by decision of the Council.The Senior Management Team (SMT) is delegated by the Board and Council to be responsible for developing and implementing strategy, budget and reporting. The SMT comprises the Director, Head of Service, Head of Resource Center, Head of Strategic Development, Development Manager/Fundraising and Chief Accountant. The Board, advised by the Council, approves the annual plan and budget and the annual report and expenditure report. The Board appoints and manages the Director of P4EC.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: P4EC Russia is a founding member of both the P4EC ECA Regional Alliance and of the Family for Every Child global alliance.
