    Organizational structure: Baylor-Uganda is governed by a board of directors and headed by an Executive Director who works with a Senior Management Team of 9 members to provide program management oversight, strategic direction, and technical backstopping and guidance to the clinical center of excellence and different projects. The different directorates have important key staff in the fields of health systems strengthening, finance, strategic development, Monitoring and Evaluation, research and Knowledge management, medical and community programs, pediatric hematology and oncology, human resources, operations and internal audit.
    Number and type of members: Baylor- Uganda has over the last 10 years developed extensive expertise in clinical care, technical assistance, programmatic management, and training capacity for HIV/AIDS/TB. We have over 300 staff including 60 technical experts in HIV/TB prevention, care and treatment, M&E, program management, field epidemiology and social work in over 30 districts in Uganda and Centre of Excellence for rapid implementation of services.
