    Organizational structure: In accordance with our bylaws, ICBA has a Management Committee consisting of the Council President, the Council Vice-Presidents (up to two) and the Executive Director (as a nonvoting Member). Unless responsibility is delegated to another committee, the Management Committee is responsible for calling meetings of Members, developing a budget for the Council and monitoring the financial affairs of Council. ICBA members set the direction and establish the priorities of ICBA and have overriding management responsibility. The Members set dues, approve and adjust annual budgets, approve major contracts (as defined by resolution of the Members), set rules (if any) for procurement of services, appoint officers, and establish committees.
    Number and type of members: ICBA is the global organization that brings together national and regional beverage associations, as well as multinational non-alcoholic beverage companies. The members of ICBA include national and regional beverage associations as well as international beverage companies that operate in more than 200 countries and territories and produce, distribute, and sell a variety of non-alcoholic sparkling and still beverages, including soft drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks, bottled waters, flavored and/or enhanced waters, ready-to-drink teas and coffees, 100 percent fruit or vegetable juices, nectars and juice drinks, and dairy-based beverages. Currently, ICBA has 26 members.
