    Organizational structure: 8 member Board of Directors, 3 staff in Washington D.C., 8 staff in Cotonou Office, 97 local female mentors in Benin employed for our Leadership Clubs.
    Number and type of members: We currently serve 3,663 young women and girls aged 10-26 in 15 villages throughout Benin. We also employ 97 local female mentors to serve and educate these young women and girls. Through our community engagement sessions, we are able to interact with the community and educate them on our operations. Through our calculations, we have reached approximately 42,388 members of the wider community. Our staff in Cotonou oversees these operations while our staff in DC concentrates on fundraising activities and strategic guidance.
