    Organizational structure: SMART Recovery International is the governing body of the global SMART Recovery community. There are national SMART Recovery organisations in the USA, UK, Australia, Ireland, Denmark and Canada. Elsewhere SMART Recovery programs are provided within existing organisations, rehabilitation and recovery centres and by individuals within their local communities. Currently there are 3,500 SMART Recovery meetings held each week in over 23 countries across the globe.
