    Organizational structure: TOP MANAGEMENT TO LOWER MANAGEMENT. The AGM is the supreme authority of Ijeoma foundation for the old people organisation, it has an elected management committee that is headed by the president who acts as the CEO of the organization. The day to day running of the business is vested in the hands of the President with the support from a hand full of line managers.
