    Organizational structure: Sisma is structured in four program areas: Management: it is constituted as a reference for consultation with public opinion and the State about the scope of gender violence and the women right to live a life free of violence, and concentrates advocacy actions aimed to achieve institutional changes so that women enjoy the full validity of their rights and act as transforming actors of their reality. It maintains a research effort to generate information and knowledge about violence, and disseminates it strategically to all actors with the capacity to generate a change in this regard. And it promotes mechanisms to increase citizen participation and politics of women, as well as advocacy for the inclusion of affirmative and differential measures towards women in search of gender equality. In the same way, it promotes the gender approach and the participation of women in the Peace construction. Access to justice and non-violence: seeks to promote access to justice for women victims, both in everyday areas and in the context of armed conflict, and the realization of their rights to truth, justice and reparation. This is based on legal actions and political incidence, with a feminist and psychosocial approach. It carries out the documentation of cases of sexual violence, femicide and domestic violence, provides psycho-legal advice, carries out litigation of cases of violence against women to the Colombian courts and to international organizations of Human Rights protection, promotes the application of law 1257 of 2008 in relation to measures of integral protection for women victims of violence and develops processes of psychosocial accompaniment. In addition, it carries out visibility and incidence actions for the enforceability of a legislation and public policy that ensures compliance with the State's duties in respecting and guaranteeing the right of women to a life free of violence. Mobility: seeks to make visible and addresses the differential and disproportionate impacts that armed conflict and socio-political violence have on women's lives, in order to advance in the enforceability to the State of specific actions that pay attention to those affectations, in compliance with the international human rights standards. In this sense, it works with women victims of multiple violence arose from the conflict in different regions of the country, to strengthen their autonomy, their coping skills and their sustainability in organizational processes. Through actions of incidence, organizational strengthening, psychosocial accompaniment and guidance on rights, the following aspects are worked on. Administration: appropriately manages resources in accordance with the corporate purpose, complying with legal and accounting standards.
