    Organizational structure: Poverty Reduction Initiative is headed by a national board of directors and the Chief Executive Officer oversee the organization business activities while the program manager lead projects.The M&E Officers carry on evaluation of project along with project officers. Volunteers are trained to carry on awareness and sensitazation.
