    Organizational structure: DI is governed by a five-member board. It is led by an Executive Director as the head of the Secretariat in Accra, and 3 Unit Directors. It has a Management Committee and Programme Advisory Committee of resource persons in its program thematic areas and representatives of target groups
    Number and type of members: The DI has eight full timers, two Part-timers, 53 Volunteers/Interns and 5 Associates.
