Organizational structure: |
EWB-SL is governed by the Board of Advisors/Directors and it is the highest decision making body of the organization. A six-member control team headed by the Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer runs the day today activities with or without funding.
In addition, EWB-SL is run by pool of Professionals and Student Volunteers who render their services at their free time FREE-OF-CHARGE in most projects and for some fee in critical projects IF BUDGETS ARE CREATED AND OR AVAILABLE. |

EWB-SL has created way of having its communities always involved in community projects by having the same community structures and other civil society individuals and groups as members.
The membership has three categories as Ordinary, Student/Disable/Handicap/Disadvantaged and Others.
Ordinary: - refers to any Sierra Leonean whose thinking will be in line with the organization’s mission, vision and goals and objectives and will be ready to support the organization in one way or the other. Over 30 committed members
Students/Disable/Handicap/Disadvantaged: - refers to all students in the faculty of engineering, be it civil, electrical, environmental, architecture, ect ect, in all the subsequent colleges in the University of Sierra Leone and the disabled including the blind, the deaf and the dumb. 45 members
Others: - this includes all professionals in the field of engineering and other technical disciplines who, in one way or the other, would like to support the organization to build a better world alleviating poverty and improving lives. Over 21 committed members |
