Organizational structure: |
Amitofo Care Center International (ACCI) organization structure is organized into the following structure:
(a) The Council is the highest governing authority for overseeing strategic decisions of the Amitofo Care Centers and shall provide advisory council to the ACCI Board;
(b) The Head Office is the executive authority of the Partnership/Allied Institution and is the liaison between the fundraising undertaken through the Branches/ National Offices and the projects undertaken by the Centers;
(c) The ACCI Board (7 board of directors) is the decision making authority of the Head Office together with Secretary-General oversee the Partnership; Independent Advisors to the Board are appointed by the Board of Directors;
(d) The Headquarters divisions include: Education & Social Affairs; Finance & Audit; Fundraising & PR; Chinese, Skills Education; Goodwill Mission; Construction & Facility; HR; Marketing & Publicity.
(e) The South Africa Office co-ordinates the activities of the international aid programs & activities and reports into the Head Office;
(f) The Allied Institutions conduct fundraising operations for the Partnership and are managed by a Branch Leader;
(g) Where there is more than one Branch in a country, those Branches will report into a National Office of the country in which they are located; and
(h) National Office or Branches, as the case may be, report into the Head Office. |
