    Organizational structure: ReflectUS is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of our eight member organization CEOs. The Board employs a CEO, who is responsible for organization and staff management.
    Number and type of members: There are eight member organizations in the coalition, all of whom are experts in advancing women's representation. The members are the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS), Higher Heights, Ignite, LatinasRepresent, RepresentWomen, She Should Run, Vote Run Lead, and Women's Public Leadership Network (WPLN).
