The Executive Council, who are appointed by the Members, manages the affairs of the Corporation File Hills Qu'Appelle Tribal Council Inc. (FHQTC). The Chairperson of the Executive Council oversees the administration and the employee, Director of Finance/Admin, oversees the day to day operations of the FHQTC. |
