    Organizational structure: The Executive Council, who are appointed by the Members, manages the affairs of the Corporation File Hills Qu'Appelle Tribal Council Inc. (FHQTC). The Chairperson of the Executive Council oversees the administration and the employee, Director of Finance/Admin, oversees the day to day operations of the FHQTC.
    Number and type of members: There is one class of membership in the Corporation File Hills Qu'Appelle Tribal Council Inc. (FHQTC) being regular Members. The eleven Members are as follows: Carry the Kettle First Nation; Little Black Bear First Nation; Muscowpetung First Nation; Nekaneet First Nation; Okanese First Nation; Pasqua First Nation; Peepeekisis First Nation; Piapot First Nation; Standing Buffalo First Nation; Star Blanket First Nation; and Wood Mountain First Nation.
