    Organizational structure: IOI Governing Board meets annually and is a decision-making body and comprises of up to 10 members including Directors' Chair, President, Vice-President and Treasurer of the Institute; A Steering Committee which is an advisory body to the Governing Board and consists of 5 members with equitable representation of the directors of all centres in 5 regions (Africa, America, Asia & Oceania; Europe, Eurasia); IOI Operational Centres in 22 countries/regions and 6 Focal Points in Pakistan, Cyprus, PR China, Australia, Lebanon and USA.
