    Organizational structure: We have an Advisory Board, followed by the Management team. This is then followed by the various Programme Officers and the various country representatives.
    Number and type of members: We have seven board members, made up of 4 men and 3 women. The management team is four in number and made up of 3 men and a lady. The Programme officers are made up of two ladies and two men.
