The organization has a Board of Directors consisting of founding members and other members who have joined the
organisation after its establishment to oversee and deal with all policy issues, major administrative matters and oversee
major developments and guide the operations. |
Number and type of members: |
The organisation has 12 committee members. The members consist of people from the community where the organisation is based. They became members because were also troubled by the difficult circumstances that young people face because of dropping out of school,
poverty, limited opportunities for education and training, viable employment, health and social services, growing
incidence of substance abuse and juvenile delinquency.
They mentioned that all these social ills are deteriorating
the chances of Lesotho’s quest for achieving the status of a developed Nation because youth represent a
formidable force for positive change and sustainable development of Lesotho. |
