Organizational structure: |
The organization works through departments and houses. The organization has 13 departments and 4 houses. Each department and house has its own head, assistant head and other volunteers dedicated to the growth of the organization.
In return for their volunteer work, the Organization helps volunteers with skill acquisition, knowledge, growth in their personal lives, mental health trainings, amongst other initiatives.
The organization’s initiatives target a wide range of audience, especially the youth, women, and children in underprivileged communities.
EHI is best known for its impactful events, the imparting of knowledge and skills through events, outreaches, trainings, and workshops. |
