OHFN Charity’s development Steering Group, meeting every four weeks (and made up of a combination of Trustees, professionals’ advisors, and members of the staff team), will be closely monitoring progress to the business plan’s objectives and report back to the charity’s board of Trustees every quarter
Progress will be monitored regularly throughout our campaign. We will formally review the strengths and weaknesses of the fundraising plan and our implementation of it, adjusting our approach as necessary and keeping key stakeholders informed of developments.
We maintain excellence in the governance and financial management of our organisation, including regular reviews of the progress with appropriate contingency planning overseen by our Board of Trustees |
