Mission statement:	Olulope’s House Foundation (OHNF) for the Needy will work globally to serve needy communities, focusing on underprivileged and marginalised populations. To assist and support individuals and communities in need and improve their quality of life. To initiate youth empowerment programmes for disadvantaged housewives, the needy and orphans via skill acquisition and vocational training centres. To support the ageing adult, disadvantaged housewives against abuse orphans and the less privileged in society. To give hope to the needy and succour to the afflicted by caring for orphans, empowering them and providing essential sanitation equipment and products for the indigenous. To improve the Well-Being of individuals and societies by reaching them with much need resources in terms of training and needed.

Organizational structure:	OHFN Charity’s development Steering Group, meeting every four weeks (and made up of a combination of Trustees, professionals’ advisors, and members of the staff team), will be closely monitoring progress to the business plan’s objectives and report back to the charity’s board of Trustees every quarter Progress will be monitored regularly throughout our campaign. We will formally review the strengths and weaknesses of the fundraising plan and our implementation of it, adjusting our approach as necessary and keeping key stakeholders informed of developments. We maintain excellence in the governance and financial management of our organisation, including regular reviews of the progress with appropriate contingency planning overseen by our Board of Trustees
