    Organizational structure: MDAC is registered as a nongovernmental organisation (foundation) in Hungary. It is governed by a Board of Trustees, who are all volunteers and who meet three times a year. The Board appoints, appraises and dismisses the Executive Director, who is the chief operating officer of the organisation.
    Number and type of members: MDAC is not a membership organisation, and nor does it report to any other organisation. MDAC works in partnerships with NGOs in several different countries to carry out its work.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: OPCAT contact group, IDA CRPD forum, NGO advocacy coalitions for legal capacity reform in Hungary and Czech Republic
