    Organizational structure: UNA-Spain's main bodies are the General Assembly, integrated by all the member; and the Executive board, the permanent executive body whose members are selected by the General Assembly. The Executive board is entitled to pass all kind of regulations and direct the Association following the lines and programmes adopted at the General Assembly, as well as to administrate the goods and wealth of the Association to submit to the General Assembly the Annual report of activities, the financial statement of the last execersie and the budget for the next one. The General Assembly, as the supreme body of the Association and the most legitimate, since it is constituted from every member, is entitled to decide upon the financial statement and the budget for the next exercise, as well as the Annual Report submitted by the Executive board. The other posts of the association regulated at the Constitution are the Presidency, the Secretary, the Treasurer and the Director General. The Director General directs the executive staff and is appointed by the Executive board and ratified by the General ASsembly. The rest of the executive staff is composed by Deputy Director General, a technical post on programm and research, a technical post on communication and youth, a designer and webmaster, two administrative post and supportive staff, including universeity students who make their internship at UNA-Spain.
