    Organizational structure: The members of the Global Sustainable Electricity Partnership (GSEP) are the world's largest major electricity companies. The GSEP is governed by a Board of Directors which is elected every year. The Board is assisted by a Management Committee which is assisted by a Policy Committee and a Project Committee. The three officers of the Corporation are an Executive Director, a Secretary and a Treasurer.
    Number and type of members: There are 10 members, all of whom are major electricity companies from around the world: American Electric Power from the United States; Hydro-Quebec from Canada; Electricite de France from France; Enel from Italy; Kansai Electric Power from Japan; RusHydro and EuroSibEnergo from Russia; State Grid Corporation of China; Office national de l'électricité et de l'eau potble from Morocco; and Polska Grupa Energetyczna from Poland.
