The operations of the Yale International Relations Association are managed by the Executive Board, which consists of 15 members: the President, Vice-President, Executive Director, Treasurer, Secretary, the Secretaries-General of the six conferences (Yale Model United Nations, Security Council Simulation at Yale, Yale Model United Nations Taiwan, Yale Model United Nations Korea, Yale Model Government Europe), the head delegate of the Model United Nations team at Yale, the Director of the Hemispheres community service program, the Executive Editor of the Yale Review of International Studies, and the Director of the Yale Model United Nations Institute. |

Members are all students of Yale University. They can gain membership by becoming a part of any of YIRA's constituent programs. Membership generally ranges between 200 to 300 Yale students at any given time. |
