Organizational structure: The Organization’s governance and leadership : i) The Head of the Organization, founding members of HRFP and staff is the main leadership. The decision making process involving staff and board members’ is consultative. The organization decides on the basis of needs, response and situation of the people with whom we work. ii) The insufficient resources and illiteracy/ignorance of the people are the major problems being encountered by the organization. We as an organization always try and mobilize with local and international resources to organize different activities. Secondly, we are also working hard to aware and sensitize people about their rights, so that they become less vulnerable to violence and exploitation. iii) HRFP was reorganized with a clear vision focusing on the human rights related issues.
