| Organizational structure: |
The HDO team is the trusty board which is responsible for policy decisions of the organization. The team is comprise of professionals and HDO staff. The main board members are engaged in other sectoral employment as School Principal, Bank Officer, Development Consultant etc. The director of the organization is the bridge between board and work team. Target groups are the main roots of the organization. The target group members actively involved in planning, implementing and evaluation of the activities in local level through their CBOs/ Groups. The groups represent in HDO. Most of our decision makers in the organizational level are from our target groups and they represent the community. |
