    Organizational structure: AGE-WELL is funded by the Canadian federal government through its Network of Centres of Excellence Program. It is hosted at the University Health Network in Toronto, Canada, and is established as a not-for-proift organization. AGE-WELL is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of national representation from across Canada, and is managed by a Network Management Office through the leadership of the Scientific Director, CEO, and Managing Director.
    Number and type of members: AGE-WELL has 37 network members, who are primarily the Universities and Research Centres that receive funding and support from the Network. In addition, the network consists of approximately 200 individual researchers who receive funding.
