    Organizational structure: The Advisory Board, Management Board – President, Executive Directors for different programs, Accountant, Project teams, Formal decision making mechanisms include: - every day routine, when decision makers are President and Secretary General, having that mandate by Management Board and The General Assembly - in case of difficult decisions the Management Board is discussing and reaching consensus Informal decision making is not in place. The General Assembly undertakes the following responsibilities: • Discusses the Management report on the activities of the organization for the previous year. • Elects members of the Management Board • Holds a General Assembly meeting every year. • Approves financial statements. • Discusses and resolves grievance and appeals submitted to the assembly by members of the organization. Management Board consists of five members and has many responsibilities among which are the following: • Calling for and organizing the meetings of the General Assembly. • Approving EASD annual activities report and annual plans for Strategy implementation • Following up on proper management of the organization
