    Organizational structure: The organs of the Society consist of: 1-General Meeting, 2-Board of Directors, 3- Board of trustee, 3-Inspectors, 4-Managing Director The affiliated organs of the society consist of: student and public committees and councils. Student council: consist of 10 students of members of the society who are working in universities. These students are selected from the student members of the society. If the numbers of the universities are less than 10, more than one person shall be selected for student council elections. Managing Director has the right to determine it. Public committee: consists of 10 persons that shall be selected among benefactors. Our society has a democratic decision-making process. In this relation, firstly, the board of directors shall be elected by general meeting. General Meeting is held with the presence of the majority of members of the society, they are the highest authorities for making decision in the society that are held ordinarily and extraordinarily. Ordinary general meeting shall be held once in a year in April. For an official and valid session, participation of more than half of the members is essential for making the required decisions and taking vote. In addition, majority of votes are necessary for making decisions and selecting the Board of Directors. General Meeting shall be controlled by the board of trustees including a chairman, a secretary and a supervisor. Members of the board of trustees shall not be selected among the candidates of board of directors and inspectors and shall be elected by accepting the candidateship and taking vote in general meeting. Board of trustee will appoint one person as the principal inspector and 1 person as the alternate person for one year. The duties of the 1-General Meeting, 2-Board of Directors, 3- Board of trustee, 4-Inspectors, 5-Managing Director, are described in the statutes of the society which is attached to the documents.
    Number and type of members: There are more than 15000 volunteers at the NGO, who are mainly from Iran. We also have volunteers all around the globe. The number of the active members in other countries is 250, who are living in 32 countries in 5 continents. Most of the international volunteers of our NGO are in Canada, and USA. So the NGO holds different programs and events in cities and universities of the mentioned countries. There are also volunteers in England. France, Germany, Australia, Belgium, Holland, Malaysia, Dubai, Italy, Sweden. Also the international volunteers of Imam Ali have hold different humanitarian events and projects in Kenya, Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan.
