Organizational structure: |
Rural Area Development Program (RADP), a non- profiting and non-governmental organization, was established in the year 1994 A.D with an objective of social service. Started with a few enthusiastic youth, today it has over 1000 members and four local level auxiliary site based outlets in the rural areas. These sites are directly supervised by the head office located at Kathmandu. It has offered permanent employment to 15 staffs while numerous temporary employment opportunities have been extended to the youths of rural areas. The general members of the organization come from diverse ethnic and cultural groups. A wide range of peoples from different academic professionals are actively engaged in our endeavor of extending basic services to the underprivileged and backward community. Indeed, it is matter of great satisfaction that members of our organization have had an opportunity to attend different international meetings, seminars, symposium and conferences till to date. |
