    Organizational structure: Global March is the largest coalition of the trade unions, teachers associations and civil society organisations in the world to demand for elimination of child labour and Education for All. It is governed by an International Council of ITUC, EI and representatives from its regional coordinators. Chaired by international child rights activist Kailash Satyarthi, the International Secretariat of the movement is located in New Delhi, India to preserve its Southern character. It is registered in The Netherlands as an international NGO.
    Number and type of members: Over 2000 civil society organisations from 144 countries. Includes NGOs, trade unions, teachers' associations, human rights groups, child right groups, media groups, etc. Global March is a member of the Global Task Force on Child Labour and Education, with ILO, UNESCO, UNICEF, World Bank, EI and donor and developing countries.
