Mission statement:	“Narodnaya Initsiativa” Fund is a non-commercial organization which develops and implements socio- informative programmes for the state authorities. Implementation of these programmes is aimed to build a stable social environment in the modern society. The Fund started to operate in 2003. It is the first and the only organization in the CIS, which carries out social projects on a professional level. The Fund collaborates actively with its colleagues in Europe and in the USA, which provides great opportunities for new global subject areas and techniques of project implementation. Specifics of the Fund’s work lies in the development of complete socio-informative programmes, which most exactly reflect hot social woes. Modern marketing, advertising and PR-technologies are used to increase the effectiveness of social-informational programmes. Programmes implemented by the Fund support the public sector, which needs increasing of real effectiveness, and help enhance the confidence of citizens as well as gain their support. Russian and foreign companies, which care of their image and loyalty in society and which are interested in solving of different social tasks, take part in programmes as sponsors. At the moment the opportunity for implementation of programmes has no limits either geographically or in mass-media. From 2008 the Fund has its offices in three federal districts – South, Siberian and Volga federal district. This fact allows taking into account the regional specifics and carrying out programmes most effectively.
