Mission statement:	A4e is a provider of global public services. We manage, operate and deliver essential public services on behalf of public sector customers. Four common themes underpin our services. We: 1. Deliver a wide range of services to individuals that are marginalised and excluded 2. Tackle market gaps and address market failure in the delivery of public services 3. Join up public services to enable socially excluded clients to access them 4. Engage ‘hard to reach’ individuals and organisations in public services A4e’s services are defined by a strong ethical dimension. Our vision is to improve people’s lives and deliver social change. The work we do improves productivity and performance, tackles inactivity and inequality and drives social mobility.
