CAFOD is governed by four Foundation Trustees and a wider group of Trustees with their appointment ratified by the STanding committee of teh Bishops Conference of England and Wales. The Foundation Trustees hold a limited number of reserved powers including the appointment of other trustees and the power to amend CAFOd's trust deed. All other powers,including the establishment of specialist committees (including a finances committee, human resources committee and international programmes committee) and general responsibility for the running of CAFOD are vested with the full Board of Trustees. |
