Organizational structure: |
The NCCA Forum is comprised of representatives of the NCCA member churches and meets every 3 years. The NCCA Forum appoints the members of the CWS Commission and sets its Mandate. The CWS Commission reports to the NCCA Forum. The Commission is the governing body of AfP. It is the role and responsibility of the Commission to approve and monitor the strategic plans of AfP – including ratifying the scope and priorities of AfP programs, pprove the annual budget and annual financial statements of AfP and a range of other duties. The Executive Director reports to the Commission. There are two main teams, the Program and Policy team, headed by the Programs Director and the Policy Director, and the Marketing and Communication team, headed by the Marketing and Communication Director. Each team has around 8-10 people, with specific areas of responsibility. |
