    Organizational structure: ASSET Trust is a grass root Non Governmental Organization, formed for the emancipation of the much affected women folk of Usilampatti – internationally known for female infanticide. The Founders Ms.A. Banumathi and Mr. K. Amirthalingam are totally dedicated for the prime vision of the Trust.
    Number and type of members: There are 6 Members in our Trust, K. Amirthalingam is a Managing Trustee of the Trust and remaining others being as Trustee members. All of them cooperate with project activities, right from planning, project preparation, project design, project implementation, project evaluation, Project Monitoring, and Up to date reports. We are a new non governmental organization started with staff only 7 members, female 6 and one male staff, working now actively.
