    Organizational structure: The ultimate decision-making power of Fingin lies in the hands of its member organisations that wield their democratic powers in annual general meetings. AGMs elect and appoint every second year the Fingo´s board that is in charge of Fingo´s strategic leadership. The management unit consisting of six directors is in overall charge of operations. Fingo has a line-management structure and each director acts as superiors to teams which each of them have 4-10 staff members.
    Number and type of members: Fingo has approximately 300 member organisations which is very diverse in the size and interests. More than half of member organisations work in development cooperation field and almost the same proportion reports to do some advocacy work and global awareness-raising.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Affiliation with various European and international networks such as Civicus, Forus and Concord.
