    Number and type of members: Paryavaran Mitra consists of Board of Trustees, Director, President, and Board of Advisors. The Board of trustees approves and monitor annual plan, and make strategies. Director is responsible for the overall direction in which the NGO moves, and the responsibility for managing the day-to-day activities of the NGO. Trustee board and director take all the decisions on planning and strategies of the organization and are assisted by board of advisors who provide special advice as and when required. Board meeting is held minimum once a year but are held as and when required. For managing projects there is project director whose roles and responsibilities are decided by Director. Project director is assisted by project coordinator and officers. Financial and administrative matters are managed by accounts and administrative staff. Publication of our bimonthly magazine is managed by the sub-editor.
