Organizational structure: |
SERAC-Bangladesh is governed by a general committee of 21 members, from whom the Executive Board of 7 members are elected upon a general election after every 2 years. The Executive body appoints the Executive Director, who is also the general secretary of the board. The Executive Director is the executive chief of the organization who develops teams for programs and projects. All the administrative duties and operational matters are dealt by the administration headed by the Executive Director. The Funding and accounts are jointly maintained by the elected treasurer and the Executive Director through bank accounts. |
