Mission statement:	The House of Eternal Culture (HEC) is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization which is founded with the aim of establishing cultural relations between Iranian ethnic groups through introducing their intangible cultural heritages to each other by recognizing all of their rights. With a look towards the bringing closer together of ethnic groups to each other and provision of their rights with the aim of reviewing solutions to cultural exchanges between Iranian ethnic groups in Iran with other parts of the world and in identification and review of cultural problems and the promotion of the cultural levels of all ethnic groups of the Iranian society, the HEC conducts its activities.

Organizational structure:	HEC is governed by the board of directors which is the highest decision and policy-making body of the organization. The board of directors consists of 5 members which are elected through the general assembly every two years. The executive director and an accountant are chosen by the board of directors to carry out the goals of the organization through appropriate plans. It also chooses an inspector who directly monitors the organization’s performance and plans on behalf of the general assembly. According to the organization’s articles of association, all the activities of the members of the board of directors are voluntary. The organization’s other bodies are: 1) Cultural committee, 2) Education committee, 3) Research committee, 4) Financial affairs committee, 5) Public relations and international relations committee, 6) The Center for preserving and revival of handicrafts (CPRH).
