    Organizational structure: The LRC is under the overall direction of the National Director based in our national office in Johannesburg. She is supported by an Executive Committee which consists of the National Director, Chairman of the Legal Resources Trust and the five regional directors of our offices in Durban, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Grahamestown and our Constitutional Litigation Unit, also in Johannesburg. We also have a Financial Director. We have over 80 staff members who are mostly Attorneys, Advocates, Candidate Attorneys, paralegals, researchers and administrative staff.
    Number and type of members: All advocates and attorneys employed by LRC are members of the LRC, as is the Chairman of the Legal Resources Trust. We have 2 patrons and 16 trustees.
